- Battery behaves like yo-yo
When playing with the menus, it can happen that the phone will warn you that the battery is empty. If you stop doing what you were doing, suddenly the battery meter will be half full again.

- Programmable keys are not intuitive
Normally you would expect that a programmable key is programmed by holding it for a couple of seconds, and used by normally pressing the key. This is not the case with the MC820, pressing the keys shortly will enter the program mode, to use the key you must hold it for a longer time.
